we both loved it, the place is practical and suited us fine. this hotel was set in a central area just off the centre, paseo de montejo.

I had a good stay in a long time. I got the double room, it was bright and functional. Staff was always available and recommended nearby attractions. Breakfast was generous and reasonably priced. Fast check-in.

Beautifully designed property, spotless, marvellous service and excellent value. The beds were nice, I slept well. There also was private parking and excellent pool.

Particularly good location & the food was excellent. I loved a contemporary decor and comfy furniture. It was nicely refurbished and had good bed. The staff were all dismissive, TERRIFIC service.

Shame the bathroom was poor.

we liked staff and location - nice. located in a safe part of the town. we had goodies and coffee at cafe alameda, it was located only a short distance to the venue.

Breakfast was good and the bed was nice. Apoala mexican cuisine is just a walk down to the hotel. Paseo de montejo was easy to reach. Free Wi-Fi was useful...

A great selection restaurants to eat close by, like Cafe Alameda that was only 5 minutes' walk away. Relaxing base for a city break in Merida! The hotel met the demands. We enjoyed the fact that we chose maya yucatan.
